Changing Your Managed Care Plan

VERBALLY


  1. Call Maximus Enrollment Brokers 800-964-2777.
  2. Choose Option #1 – Member Services and tell them you want to change your managed care plan to Dentaquest.
  3. It will take15-45 days for the plan change to go into effect.


ONLINE

  1. Log into your Your Texas Benefits Account www.yourtexasbenefits.com. 
  2. Choose the web chat option and speak with Maximus Enrollment Brokers via chat and tell them you want to change your managed care plan to Dentaquest.
  3. It will take15-45 days for the plan change to go into effect.
